One argument for this topic could be that parents are still responsible for minors until they are eighteen, therefore parents should at least have notification.

I agree that your parents shouldn't be notified when you have an abortion. I think it should be up to you what you do with your baby and it shouldn't be anyones business besides yours and the father. It should be up to the person whether they want their parents know or not.
